What makes it super handy is the ability to let you auto-sort your lists based on tags, due dates, location, priority, and more. If you find it a bit tedious to manage your reminder lists, make the most of the Smart List. Select 'Make into Smart List.' You can then select the parameters of the list, be it a time or date range, a various location or a specific tag (see below). Create Smart Reminder List on iPhone and iPad. These tasks will sync their titles and reminder times back and forth from Any. Select the 'Add List' icon in the bottom-right corner. The task will sync to your Any.do account under the Apple Reminders list. Work with Calendar: Say “Hey Siri, what’s on my calendar for today?” You can also say things like “Hey Siri, when is my meal with Edwina?” “Hey Siri, what time is my first meeting tomorrow?” and “Hey Siri, add an appointment to my calendar on Monday at 9 a.m. To create a Smart List: Open the Reminders app. Work with Notes: Say things like “Hey Siri, add a note called ‘birthday presents’” or “Hey Siri, add Twain to my ‘favorite authors’ note.” ![]() Say “Hey Siri, what’s on my shopping list?” To check off a reminder, say “Hey Siri, mark ‘water the plants’ as complete.” For example, say “Hey Siri, remind me to call Mom on Tuesday.” You can ask about items in Reminders too. Work with Reminders: Say “Hey Siri, remind me to buy garlic.” You can also refer to places that are in Contacts on your iOS or iPadOS device. Read messages: Say “Hey Siri, read my unread messages” or “Hey Siri, read my messages from Kim.” To send a message with a different messaging app, say something like “Hey Siri, send a WhatsApp message to Fabiano.” Send a message: Say “Hey Siri, send a message to Anuj saying that I’ll bring the vacuum cleaner with me.” If the recipient replies within a few minutes, a chime plays. Hear about your day: Say “Hey Siri, what’s my update?” You’ll get updates about your weather, news, reminders, calendar events, and more. ![]()
